Try our “Canoe Cut” / Long Cut Beef Marrow Bones, we cut these in the lengthwise direction, long ways and the weight averages between 700g to 1kg per package.

The amount of long marrow bones in each package depends on the size of the bone(s), there will typically be 2  in each package.

These bones are perfect to make roasted bone marrow also known as “beef butter.”  Spread the warm marrow on bread, crackers anything you want to!

Bone marrow is known to contain several health-promoting compounds, including collagen, conjugated linoleic acid, glycine and glucosamine.
