Wild Rose Beef starts in the heart of southern Alberta, where the Rocky Mountains meet the prairies in a stunning juxtaposition alongside the Oldman River. Cattle are raised in pristine rangelands where they graze from the natural grasses of the prairies. When the time comes to finish them with high protein feed, we include local barley, ensuring superb marbling in every cut of beef.
