Fairy Rub is a sweet, harmoniously silky spice blend that gives meat soft flavors and a slight fruitiness. Compared to mahogany, it forms a brighter, slightly red BARK on the flesh. It is non-spicy, so any member of the family can safely consume it.

Tip: Although it is basically a seasoning for poultry and pork, the fruity taste also goes well with beef. 20-40 minutes before the end of baking, you can sprinkle the meat on top to further strengthen the fruity feeling.
