A classic, sweet BBQ mixture, which is mainly recommended for poultry and ribs, but it can also be used with beef to achieve exciting results. Its main ingredient, in addition to basic spices and salt, is brown sugar, which can create a light brown, caramelized spice crust (bark) on meats cooked using the BBQ technique.
On flank steaks or chicken (possibly on burnt ends), the meat can be glazed at the end of cooking to create a “meat candy” on the table. We do not recommend it for grilling due to the high sugar content, as it can burn easily.
